1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SoccerFan AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

• Personal use to get soccer information, match schedules, and travel guidance
• Posting legitimate, accurate ticket listings in the Fan Zone
• Using AI chat for lawful informational purposes

4. Prohibited Use

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent ticket listings
• Attempting to circumvent or disable advertisements
• Commercial redistribution of content generated by the AI

5. AI Content Disclaimer

The AI models in SoccerFan AI generate responses based on their training data. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI-generated content for critical decisions. Match schedules, travel information, and ticket prices should always be verified with official sources (FIFA.com, venue websites, official transport operators).

6. Fan Zone / Ticket Board

Ticket listings in the Fan Zone are posted by users. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing. All ticket transactions are between users. We are not responsible for ticket authenticity, fraud, or any disputes arising from ticket sales.

7. Intellectual Property

SoccerFan AI, its design, code, and original content are the property of Neylton Nascimento. AI models are developed and distributed by their respective organisations (Google, Meta, Alibaba) under their own licenses. FIFA trademarks and World Cup marks belong to FIFA and are referenced solely for informational purposes under nominative fair use.

8. Advertisements

The App is free and displays ads provided by Google AdMob. You may see the App Tracking Transparency prompt to control ad personalisation. Ad content is controlled by Google, not by us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content or Fan Zone listings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neylton Nascimento from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Check this page for the latest version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
