    Summary: SoccerFan AI runs AI entirely on your device. Your chats and questions are never transmitted to any server. Ads (powered by Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers for personalised advertising, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent.
  

1. Who We Are

SoccerFan AI is developed and operated by Neylton Nascimento, an independent developer. Contact: support@soccerfanai.app

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The app does not collect, store, or transmit:

Your chat messages or AI responses
Your name, email, or any contact information
Your location (precise or approximate)
Your browsing or search history
Any content you type or voice input you provide
Health, financial, or any sensitive personal data

All AI inference (chat processing) runs entirely on your iPhone using a locally stored model. No data leaves your device for AI purposes.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

SoccerFan AI is free and displays banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (IDFA — Identifier for Advertisers) for personalised advertising, only if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt
Crash reports and basic app usage analytics for performance monitoring (not linked to your identity)
Coarse network data (IP address for ad serving, not stored by us)

If you decline ATT, you will receive non-personalised ads only. AdMob does not receive your chat content.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On first launch, the app will display Apple's ATT permission prompt. You may:

Allow tracking — AdMob uses your IDFA to show personalised ads
Deny tracking — AdMob shows non-personalised ads; no IDFA is shared

You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → SoccerFan AI.

5. AI Model Data

AI models (Gemma, Llama, Qwen) are downloaded from public repositories (Hugging Face) and stored locally on your device. The app communicates with download servers only during the one-time model download. After download, no network connection is needed for AI features.

6. Third-Party SDKs

Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) — advertising
llama.rn — on-device AI inference (no network calls)
Expo / React Native — app framework (no analytics by default)

7. Children's Privacy

SoccerFan AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will promptly address the matter.

8. Data Retention

No personal data is stored on our servers because we do not have a server. Chat history is stored locally on your device only and is deleted when you clear chat history within the app or uninstall the app.

9. Your Rights

As no personal data is collected by us, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete from our end. For AdMob data managed by Google, please refer to Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
