How do I create an ad from a product URL?

Open Create → Build an ad from your product → paste your product page URL → Import from URL → Build Creative Test Pack → select a concept → produce with an AI actor.

Why does video generation take several minutes?

AI actor rendering is processed by our video provider and can take several minutes depending on queue load. You can leave the app; finished videos appear in My Videos.

My export has no music or missing product photo

• Choose a music track in Edit & export before exporting.
• Start from Build an ad from your product and wait until the product photo says selected.
• Keep Product CTA card enabled so the photo and URL burn into the final seconds.

Does Shop Now open my website inside Photos?

No. Exported videos are standard MP4 files. The URL is shown on the CTA card for viewers; for paid ads, set the destination URL in TikTok/Meta Ads Manager.

How do credits work?

App credits are used when you start a video generation. Failed starts are refunded when generation never begins. Subscription plans can grant monthly credits when configured.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → F-Creative AI. Cancel anytime before the renewal date.

How do I delete a video?

Open My Videos, long-press a video (or use the trash control), then confirm deletion.
