F-Creative AI Privacy Policy

F-Creative AI ("we", "our", "the app") helps users create AI UGC-style video ads from product information. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and when it is shared with third-party AI providers.

What we collect and process

• Account information: Email and authentication details when you create an account (via Supabase Auth).
• Product and creative inputs: Product descriptions, product URLs, offers, scripts, creative briefs, campaign performance numbers you enter, and product images you upload or import.
• Generated content: Scripts, creative variants, and video generation job metadata tied to your account so you can view your library and continue editing.
• Usage and credits: Credit balances and generation activity used to operate the free/paid credit system.
• Subscription status: If you purchase a plan, RevenueCat processes the subscription. We receive entitlement/status information, not your full payment card details.
• Diagnostics (if enabled): Crash and analytics events may be processed by tools such as Sentry and PostHog to improve reliability.

Sharing with third-party AI services

To provide AI features, the app may send the creative inputs you provide to third-party AI providers. Before this happens, the app shows an in-app disclosure and asks for your permission ("Agree and continue").

What may be sent: product descriptions, product URLs, offers, creative briefs, scripts/hook text, product images you upload or import, and your account identifier as needed to run generation jobs for your account.

Who receives it and why:

• OpenAI — script generation, product page analysis, creative checks, and related text AI features. See openai.com/privacy.
• HeyGen — AI actor / talking-head video generation from your script and actor/voice choices. See heygen.com/policy.

We do not send your Apple ID password or payment card details to these AI providers. Data is sent only to deliver the feature you requested.

We require that these providers process data with protections that are the same as or equal to the protections described in this policy for the purposes of delivering the requested AI feature.

Other third-party services

• Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and backend functions. See supabase.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store / TestFlight — distribution and in-app purchases.

How we use data

• To create and deliver your briefs, scripts, videos, and exports.
• To operate credits, subscriptions, and account access.
• To improve app stability and product quality.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Your choices

• Decline AI data sharing by not tapping Agree — AI features that require OpenAI or HeyGen will not run until you agree.
• Update or delete generated videos from your in-app library where available.
• Revoke Photos access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account (this permanently deletes your account and associated app data).
• Request account or data deletion by emailing us (see Contact).
• Delete local app data by uninstalling the app.

Children

F-Creative AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
