Background removal failed? Check your internet connection and try again. If you're on the free tier (50 credits/month on remove.bg), you may have run out — contact us for help.
Daily limit reached? You get 5 free studio shots per day. The limit resets at midnight.
Image didn't save? Make sure you've granted BackdropAI access to your Photo Library in iOS Settings → Privacy → Photos → BackdropAI → "Add Photos Only" or "Full Access".
Gallery is empty after reinstall? Gallery history is stored on-device only — reinstalling the app clears it.
Ads not loading? This is normal in development builds. Ads appear in the App Store / TestFlight version only.
